In a dynamic, changing world it can be difficult to deal with personal and business pressures for someone.

"So what ?" you might say, there’s nothing new in that statement!

Of course not but it is vital for people to be able to seek help and guidance when these pressures seem overwhelming; sometimes to the extent it causes conflict which under ‘normal’ circumstances would be less difficult.

People often contact me when s situation gets intolerable and, in some instances, has (or is beginning to) affect their home and business lives.

The conflict and subsequent stress substantially affects an individual in so many ways.

That is why I believe that a ‘neutral’ person is crucial to re-establishing effective relationships.

My experience extends over a wide range of businesses that includes the three main business sectors: public, private and not-for-profit organisations.

I was asked recently to provide an idea of the number and type of companies for whom I have been contracted.  Much to my surprise this totalled 75!

I will ‘confess’ that some of these have not always been positive but what a learning adventure it has been!!

However, it has provided me with substantial knowledge of how leaders and managers treat others, including me, without supporting evidence but unfortunately who lack that fundamental, though elusive skill, listening.
